October 27, 2015 - I had water service in - VA back in 2011. In - 2011 when I paid my bill I enclosed a note requesting service be discontinued on - -, 2011 because I was moving out of state. I left Virginia early on - -. I had a forwarding order in with the post office and never heard anything else from the water company.
