Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount April 9, 2015 - For a year I have been called about a debt by delaware solutions, but they do not disclose the debt they just call it check fraud sometimes it is - or - companies calling on the same debt in the same month, they say they are a legal dept but will be specific. They keep calling my place of employment even though they have been asked not to by me and the others in the office, I will loose my job they called my office - on -/-/14. They use robo calls and threaten with jail and fines I have spoken with these debt collectors and requested they send me all the information on the origi... |
