False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount Texas

For a year I have been called about a debt by delaware solutions, but they do not disclose the debt they just call it check fraud sometimes it is - or - companies calling on the same debt in the same month, they say they are a legal dept but will be specific. They keep calling my place of employment even though they have been asked not to by me and the others in the office, I will loose my job they called my office - on -/-/14. They use robo calls and threaten with jail and fines I have spoken with these debt collectors and requested they send me all the information on the original debt including my signature that says I agreed to such a contract, they then get irate and start yelling, I refuse to give them any of my personal information but they continue the call, they think because they have the last - digits of my SS number that I will agree to pay them money, they threaten jail time and fines if I do not pay with in a few days, after I refuse the calls stop for a week or - and start right back up. I have them blocked from my personal phone but they keep calling my work, they even called my brothers house phone I did n't even have that number. How they got it I do not know. I just want this to end a year of this harassment is more then anyone should have to endure. Attorney 's say they can not do anything because these companies change locations. You would think after a year they would know I am not giving them anything and move on.
