Did not remove automatically as promised. Cited computer coding error from -. Would not apologize. Said they did nothing wrong. Debt was sent to them for collection from -. Called to tell them that it was already paid. They reported to credit bureau before I sent proof. They promised to remove completely if debt had been paid.
