Kent Hollins, Attorney at Law, P.A Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls July 24, 2015 - Over the course of 5 years, i received a call from the debt collector no less than 5 calls a week and often 2-3 times a day. Told the debt collector to not contact me over the phone and only through the mail and still received the calls and still do for over four years now. They are attempting to collect a debt that is over 15 years old due to renewing a default judgment and are now garnishing my bank wages. ... |
