Delta Management Associates, Inc. Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls January 29, 2018 - This company has been harassing by phone daily in all hours of day and night ( automated and live person ) for more than a month without reason or reference Therefore they are in violation of the FCRA I have no knowledge of ANY debt agreement with them. It is illegal to collect on an erroneous debt with them that I have no knowledge of I didn't have signed contract agreement with them. They did not send me a written notice of this alleged debt I have mailed them a cease and desist letter and asking them what original debt that I owe Delta Management.... |
