I.Q. Data International, Inc. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was discharged in bankruptcy June 7, 2015 - I have repeatedly provided IQ Data with my bankruptcy paperwork, and - with the paperwork required. This was on my bankruptcy in 2008 and has been discharged. No matter how many times I tell these people this has been discharged they will not saying it is an open collection and will not remove it from my credit report. The people are rude and aggressive and I have had enough. ... |
