ZENCO COLLECTION, LLC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was discharged in bankruptcy October 21, 2015 - Hi, I was contacted by phone on -/-/- and was told by an agent of Zenco Collects ( - Texas ) that I owed in excess of $22000.00 as a result of a debt from a - credit card before -/-/-. He said that if I did n't pay they would file a -. He said he did n't have to send me written information and when I refused to accept this debt he said enjoy the IRS '' and hung up. I called back a couple of times and they said they did n't have to write me with the information about the debt and hung up on me. I sent a certified mail return receipt letter ( - ) of dispute on -/-/-... |
