June 23, 2016 - Dear sirs, My wife and I are being constantly harassed by this collection agency named First National Collection Bureau , Inc., located in -, Nevada. The collection is for old credit cards which was discharged in bankruptcy some 20 years ago. And in which the statue of limitations has also run out. We have continuously sent them letters telling them to Cease and Desist all collection activities from us. And they just continue to do so. The bankruptcy was discharged and shortly afterwards, - of the unsecured creditors appears '' to forward the account to a - party collection agency, with a different account number than the original -.
