Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was discharged in bankruptcy December 26, 2016 - FABCO was supposed to roll the debt into the chapter -, but did not do it correctly and left an additional derogatory mark on my credit. I have made several attempts to contact FABCO and filed disputes with no luck.... |
