November 4, 2015 - Real Time Resolutions refuses to stop reporting to the Credit Agencies that it is a closed collection account. Every month they report a late payment on an open account, I have tried numerous times to stop this and they refuse. - has even called them with me on the phone to confirm that it is a closed collection account and they then admit that it is a closed collection account.
