My first was for the fact that I did n't know who the heck they were or what they were since I signed an agreement with - - to service my temporary school credit. After establishing that peaks was the new servicer and paying 3 years of $220.00 payments my balance never went down. I have tried to secure a means of refinance but due to Peaks over zealous reporting habits, my credit score took a huge hit.
