January 24, 2017 - Sallie Mae made my pay for forbearance up to 12 months for the life of the loan for up 3 months at a time because I could n't afford to pay my loan. Got from article against Navient law suit. I have - SallieMae loans, - being 7.2 % interest equaling $7300.00 and the other being 3.5 % interest equaling $6000.00 ( I believe 3.5 % is the lowest on any of my private student loans so only - of them is feasible ).
