Supporting documents attached. Harvard Collections has stated that it is not their responsibility to remove this item from my credit files at the - major credit bureaus. They in fact have the sole responsibility of reporting to the credit bureaus per IL DHS. I have spoken with several representatives at Harvard Collections in person and via phone on numerous occasion. Harvard Collections has acknowledge that the debt has been paid in full.
