Master Finance Company Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted me after i asked not to

July 1, 2015 - This agency is puling my credit as a hard inquiry every 30 days causing a drop in my credit each time. When questioning he Manager, - ( refused her last name ) she stated that she can do this once a month. Although I am delinquent on this debt I was told that this was legal. I work for a collection agency and know this is not legal. I am not applying for an additional loan, or requesting additional funds, so there is no a legal reason in my opinion to continue to make these inquiries.
