NELSON AND KENNARD Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened to sue on too old debt November 4, 2015 - This firm is using wrong tactics on me to collect the debt. They are saying in the letter they sent a letter to Postmaster on - - to verify my physical address and they are saying on - - they received a response from the Postmaster indicating I had moved and left no forwarding address. This is absolutely false and should be prosecuted for giving false information that I moved. I have been receiving mail and also received a letter in -/-/- dated - -.
