NELSON AND KENNARD Debt collection department,

Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened to sue on too old debt California

This firm is using wrong tactics on me to collect the debt. They are saying in the letter they sent a letter to Postmaster on - - to verify my physical address and they are saying on - - they received a response from the Postmaster indicating I had moved and left no forwarding address. This is absolutely false and should be prosecuted for giving false information that I moved. I have been receiving mail and also received a letter in -/-/- dated - -. I have been at the same address for the last 16 years. Did they contact the - - company, the Gas company and Water District to verify my address. It will show with them my accounts through out and still have. If I had moved, I would not have accounts with them for that address. They are saying I declined to verify my address in -/-/- and that is also false. Instead I asked them to verify my address and they did. I have phone records how many times I called this office numerous times since -/-/- to get rid of this account. They had my phone numbers to contact me. Then they are saying my last payment made on the credit card was - -, 2012. I asked the Bank to verify where those funds came from. They said it came from the Business account when I never had business account in 2012. The last payment made was more than 4 years ago. The bank made errors before also on the statements. In order to file a suit they are showing payments made in 2012. I need proof how that payment was made.
