Westlake Services, LLC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt resulted from identity theft November 10, 2015 - An account was opened in my name that does not belong to me. Westlake Financial Services continues to try to collect a debt that does not belong to me, and they are continuing to report it on my credit file when they have been told that the debt was as a result of identity theft/identity fraud. I have contacted this company and told them verbally, by email, and by certified letter with return receipt that this is not may account and that they were reporting it against the wrong person. Westlake Financial Services has refused to respond to me, and they continue to report this fraudulent informa... |
