I paid $180.00 on - -, 2019 to Credit Collection Services. Original debt that was listed on my credit report was $120.00. They said they would mark the account " Paid, or Settled in full '' on my credit reports. The credit bureaus updated on - -, 2019. The account still had an " open '' status. I called them and they wanted another payment of $88.00 which I paid online. They told me the collection would be removed from my credit reports, but it still shows an $88.00 balance as of today ( - ). I have called and complained to them several times but nothing has been done. They will not remove the collection from my report and it's delaying a mortgage loan.
