I do not know Attempts to collect debt not owed Debt is not yours Pennsylvania

This month it attached to my credit report and I never got or had anything from them and I was notified that my I'd may have been compromised and to watch for any new accounts to pop up that I am not aware of. No one has made contact other them darastically lowering my credit for a debt I don't owe.
