Debt collection attempts to collect debt not owed debt is not yours August 29, 2019 - This month it attached to my credit report and I never got or had anything from them and I was notified that my I'd may have been compromised and to watch for any new accounts to pop up that I am not aware of. No one has made contact other them darastically lowering my credit for a debt I don't owe.... |

Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt May 12, 2016 - Collector did n't want to give me address so I can mail in payment said I have to pay the whole thing they would take payment with out a large deposit. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine March 30, 2015 - This company continues to report on my credit report after I sent them a letter telling them that this account was not mine and I have no idea what it is or who it belongs to! I asked for proof of a signed contract, I asked for a license to collect in my state, I asked for copies of all information referenced for this debt and still to date, I have not received anything but harassment from this company! THIS IS NOT MY DEBT! ... |
