I have Fraud Alert on all 3 credit bureau. On - - 2019 I received an emil that 2 collection accounts were added by - - - ( - ). I contacted - several time, they have very rude agents. I have attempted to to clear this up and get removed from my credit report but they keep telling me that they do not have any accounts under my name or SSN. Please see attached credit report showing 2 collections from -. I then contacted the original creditor - - - - - - ' ( - - - - - - ), talk to them several times but each time they told me that they do not have any accounts in their system under my name of SSN. I've just found out that - has hundreds of similar complaints The - has given - a rating of F. They have damaged my credit, caused me severe headache and emotional distress. I will take them to Small Claims Court for damages.
