Pacific Union Financial, LLC Mortgage Complaint

VA mortgage Trouble during payment process

Pacific Union Financial, LLC Mortgage department,

VA mortgage Trouble during payment process Ohio

I received a call from Pacific Financial recently asking if I've gotten my annual escrow statement, which I hadn't. I went on line and obtained a copy. Pacific Union wants to increase my Monthly payment by 19.2 % My current payment is $920.00 and they now want to bill me $1100.00 which is an additional $180.00. This change was to correct their error in obtaining the correct escrow for my taxes. I provided them my annual taxes in -. The escrow amount necessary to cover my taxes and insurance only increased by $63.00 previous amount was $270.00 and it is now $340.00. They are requiring an additional $110.00 a month to make up their shortfall and to maintain a 2 month balance. I called Pacific Financial On Friday to cancel my escrow account and was advised I would need to submit in writing, which did. The came back and stated my request was denied due to their policy and shareholder direction. The Department of Veterans Affairs does not, nor should my loan

I requested that a manager from Pacific Union call me to discuss, but they have not replied to my request. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter I will be filing a complaint with the Department of Veterans Affairs , National Association of Realtors- ( current member ) and investigating obtaining legal representation. Thanks, - - ( - ) -
