I 've contacted Nair and Levin about a debt they state I owe. I requested from them in writing several times verification of the debt and which they failed to provide. My most recent one was after I sent them a letter stating that I would like verification and this time I faxed it over and still did n't receive a response from the debt collector. The debt collector has violated the fdcp by not validating the debt. If this matter is n't resolved I will file a federal lawsuit. I 've ask for validations to be sent in the mail, verbally, by mail and by fax. This was not done, therefore the debt is not collectible. I have also filed various other complaints regarding the business.
