Refer to case -. The - - - CashCall shell game will not go away. After paying more than $35000.00 on a $10000.00 loan, CashCall and their thugs continue to try to drain money from me. The most current version is some alleged - - with and outfit claiming to be - - - - phone -. - continue to get harassing calls from all sorts of debt collectors, event though I paid this off to - in -/-/2016. I 'm pretty certain this has played out the way - - - - planed out, with hiding behind an Native American laws to charge interest at a rate well beyond any state or federal government rules, and using the full force of the federal and state governments to attempt to collect. After state and federal governments finally catch up and inact laws to stop his practices, whatever loans that have been handed out ca n't be touched. Then, when victims can pay no more, he sells off the loan information to multipe 'debt collectors ' who claim to have 'ownership ' of the loans. The alleged - - of - - ( - ) threatened me with lawsuits and threatened to harass my family members - specifically my wife. I have had enough!!!!!!!
