BoA affected a FHA-HAMP modification and altered the term to 32-years 5. BoA has not explained how a 15-year fixed is now a 32-year fixed loan which has been sold to - as of - -/-/-. Please require BoA to explain and fix the error so that we do not have to resort to litigation. Thank you
