Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Florida

I have been disputed - with Transunion for a while now. They sent me the results stating that it came back verified. I requested that they provide me with a copy of their method of verification, they have not been able to do so. I contacted the alleged company myself and they did not receive any investigation request from Transunion. So how were they able to verify this alleged account?
