Bank of America Credit card department,
I have two issues. I have a credit card with Bank of America. I put in a change of address with them. I did not receive my bill and received a late fee. I subsequently paid my bill. I requested that they waive the fee and they turned me down. As a - I complained to investor relations and they notified a debt collector who sent me an email yesterday.
