After being advised of a large debt on my credit report on -/-/-, I contacted - on -/-/-, who very vaguely told me that my account was " Charged-Off '' and I needed to contact FirstSource ( the collection agency ) which - supplied the phone number to me. I asked - to send me a copy of my back statements so I could find out what happened & when. As of this date ( -/-/- ), I still have never received anything from - -. I then contacted FirstSource on -/-/- and asked them about my account. I was told they just received the info. They looked into it and contacted me back the next day ( -/-/- ). Since then I was getting a call a day from FirstSource, occasionally 2 or 3 calls a day, until I asked them to not call me every day about it & I was looking into the matter. On -/-/-, I received an envelope from FirstSource postmarked -/-/- with copies of my statements for the past year, and a letter from them dated -/-/-.

did not know there was a problem. To this day, I still have not found or received any info from - - advising there was a problem with this account. Every month, - has been adding late fees, returned payment fees, interest fees, and changing the APR rate ( there may be more that I am unaware of ). The amounts keep changing, some months are higher & others are lower. When I originally spoke with the lady at FirstSource, she agreed with me, seeing my information coincided with what she was seeing. Another issue compounding to this problem was my original - account number had been compromised. - issued a new card with a new number. I received 2 from calls FirstSource last week, 2 more calls on -/-/- and another one last night.
