Although the VA has rules and regulations regarding a lender approving an additional modification of the loan, they are also willing to review any lenders request for additional assistance via Loan modifications for the VA to approve, we request the lender to submit the loan modification application to the VA for approval to assist the client in the delinquency of the loan to be brought current and allow the client the opportunity to save their home.
