Synchrony Bank issue - I paid my credit card bill early and the credit card company is listing my account as being late and sending harassing certified letters to my home. I have called once and was assured by a representative that it was solved. The next day yet again another certified letter for the same account and reason. I called the company and the only thing I get is we are sorry this is unacceptable business practice and borderline harassment from a creditor to a consumer that is paying their bill on time if not earlier than due.
