I have been working on a HAFA short sale with Loan Care for over 90days and I was never able to get through to one of the processors on the file. Every time I called I was told that there was another document that was needed but no one ever called me to request that document. Immediately after I found out what was being requested I submitted it right away. Recently on Monday -/-/- the property got foreclosed on and the lender refused to try and stop the sale date.
