Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Illinois

Last week Transunion had a Glitch that erased and re-inserted my credit inquiries without my knowledge. I have screenshots that can show where they were taken off and returned. This reinsertion without prior written notification are a direct violation of Sec 611 of the Fair Reporting Credit Act. I am requesting that the reinserted inquiries be permanently removed from my credit report.
