We received the attached letter from Citibank regarding their mortgage refund program related to our mortgage we had with them in 2006. They are now giving us the paperwork run-around while trying to claim our refund. When I called the number listed in the letter about questions regarding the documentation and process requirements, the ( 3 ) people who answered my call had no idea what I was talking about. Citibank was ordered to refund cash strapped homeowners when the housing bubble burst and now they are making it next to impossible to get our refund!
