My mortgage company keeps sending third parties to my house to do site inspections. I have contacted them via writing to let them know that we are currently living in the house. The company replied to me regarding my request to have them stop their site inspections. The letter dated -/-/2017 stated that " please note, inspections will continue as deemed necessary ''. The reason I asked them to stop is that our son suffers from chronic mental health conditions. When he sees strange people walking in our driveway and taking pictures it causes mental health distress for him. I also suffer from panic disorder and these actions are detrimental to my family 's well-being. My understanding is that as long as I am communicating with them stating that we still live there ( which I have been ) that there is no need to continue to inspect the property.
