An air conditioner company requested we pre-apply for an interest free ( 1yr ) credit card to have an air conditioner installed. We applied and were approved. The air conditioner company incorrectly installed an air conditioner unit which took over three months. Once it passed township codes inspection the company failed to return to fix damage they caused and to fix a leak still on the air conditioner unit. The contractor charged the prepared credit card the full amount stating they tried to contact me to repair the damage they caused which was not true. The credit card company was advised and sided with the contractor refusing to only charge my account the balance minus repair work I paid another contractor to complete the job
