Capital Accounts, LLC Debt Collection Complaint

Medical Communication tactics frequent or repeated calls

Capital Accounts, LLC Debt collection department,

Medical Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls New York

I received a notice of collections from Capital Accounts on about -/-/17 for an old medical bill. In that short time between then and noe -/-/17, I 've received phone calls from them looking to collect. I asked them on the 2nd phone call that I plan on disputing the bill and to not call during my work hours any longer. The woman on the phone then took an abusive tone, declared that she 'll note that I refuse to pay the bill and hung up without any further clarification. While, she did n't make any direct threats, she seemed to imply they 'll take legal action against me or to hurt my credit by FALSLY claiming that I refused to pay the bill, even though I still have 30 days to send my written dispute.
