I applied for a modification. I was denied based on Debt to Income Ratio and my income was not high enough. The data used by Wells Fargo is old and is not my current income. They have documents that are 5 months old. I am making a considerable amount of money since that last data provided. The appeal form was sent in and I have not heard from anyone.
