I was unemployed from - -, - to - -, - requested monthly help from Mohela telling them I had number money for any payments for my student loans. They did n't inform me until - - that I could defer with any penalty monthly. In - - I was informed by a Mohela agent that I could have submitted for a 6 month deferment the day that I was unemployed due to my unemployment.
