My son 's Wells Fargo Student Loan went into default without contacting me. I have asked for all the loan documents but they just send me a copy of a copy of the loan request and some bills they said they sent. I have asked for all of the paperwork and documentation but they do n't send anything with who the loan Officer was or where it was done. I am totally - out and confused on this since they say it 's default yet I 've been paying but they said they changed the account number and it is for $ 15,000+ dollars but they loan should be for like $5000.00. I think they rolled an additional loan on to an old one. Now my credit is shot and I 'm still paying. Why wo n't they send all the documentation or help? I have asked and asked but the give the same answer. It is so sketchy, if it is really legitimate why not send what I 'm asking for? I would n't mess up my credit like this ever. I just got a regular loan bill in the mail, it 's like they 're trying confuse me by sending different letters from different people days apart and still the bill that shows a payment of $ 10.+ due.
