Conventional fixed mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Tennessee

Freedom Mortgage has held payment on my account and has not applied toward my balance. Freedom Mortgage did not advise me of a escrow change to my account and has not applied my payment but has reported my account late to the Credit Reporting Agencies. I have contacted Freedom Mortgage 3 times to attempt to have this corrected.
