Incorrect information on credit report Personal information Florida

Experian credit reporting services is showing an address on my credit report of : - - -, FL - that is not mine. I have a credit Freeze on my account and this address was added after Freeze was in place without any verification or consent from me. Experian is very difficult to contact online and the phone number they provided does not answer or resolve any attempt to contact them. Please help correcting the issue with this company.
