My wife and i went to Bank of America on Saturday durring regular business hours and they refused to close my accounts because i didnt have an appointment. There were tellers available and no reason for this to not be done aside from their desire to collect fees. The manager and teller were extremely rude about this. Managers name is - - and had an appalling attitude and disgusting service level.
