I tried to deposit $840.00 into an ATM machine near my school, however, ir sucked my money in. Then, instead of counting it, the machine ate my money and read error. I reported to the problem to the USBank, and they put $840.00 temporary deposit into my account on -/-/2017. However, they reversed $480.00 back on -/-/2017 and noticed me that they decided I only deposited $360.00 into the ATM. I absolutely made a $840.00 deposit into the ATM. I tried call them, and was transfered to over five person, no one actually helped me! The last one told me to go to the bank branch. When I went to the branch, the clerk and manager tried to transfer me to somewhere else by asking me to call the customer service. At last one manager assisted me to file another claim, and told me to expect the answer in 10 business days. However, three weeks passed and not a single notice has been given. With about five years use of USBank checking and saving account, I have never owed the bank for a single -, but they tried to " steal '' $480.00 from a student and leave me no reasonable explanation.
