On -/-/2017 I checked my credit on - and had a total of - collections removed from my report. I checked my account again on -/-/2017 and all collections were placed back onto my account without sending me a reinsertion letter as required by FCRA section 611. I have called TransUnion at least once a week since then to try to get this issue resolved and have recieved no help, no one will transfer me or connect me to an American representative or the fraud department, multiple agents have even been beligerent, some have even told me they know what happened but it 's basically too bad and that I should file a complaint because they will not fix the issue.
