i asked from the collection company to provide me the contract they have for -, with my right name and my SSN on the contract, they refused. when i asked from them to varified with me the information on the contract over the phone, the lady i spoke with her she insisted 3 times that my correct name on the contract with SSN. i asked from her to read for me the name on the contract, she read it wrong and when i asked form her to read my SNN on the contract, she said there is no SNN on the contract. so how they reported me based on the contract they claimed that belong to me if the name on that contract does not match my name and they have not even my SSN on the contract.
