-/-/- I was a victim of Bank Fraud. I was issued a fake check and the check was deposited in to my Bank Of America account at that time and the check was returned obviously and without any notice or phone call or investigation my name was reported to -. Since -/-/- I have made so many attempts to have this matter resolved and Bank OF America has ignored every single attempt. -/-/- I hired an Attorney to plead my case and a letter was mailed on -/-/- and that has also been ignored. I need to open a bank account. None of this was my fault. I was a victim in this case. No one has reached out from Bank OF America to help resolve this matter. They did not even bother responding my attorney 's letter. That is how bad they are in every aspect. I need my name removed from the - database as soon as possible.
