On or around -/-/-, I directly disputed collection accounts ( - and - ) with the TransUnion, as the respective collection agencies did not validate the debt pursuant to my request and federal laws. Allegedly, TransUnion conducted an investigation and determined that the accounts were mine. On or around -/-/-, I requested that - provide me with the method in which they verified each account. To date, - has not provided me with their method of verification. In fact, TransUnion provided me with a form letter response blatantly disregarding my concerns.
