I believe that I am a victim of predatory lending. I have asked several times that my mortgage company Ditech who is servicing my loan for - to provide me my original loan documentation to me for the last six months. As of today I have not received them. I found out last year that I have a 2nd mortgage that 's a thirty year interest only at 9 % for $ -.This loan was originated in 2007. This is unheard of.
