I was sent an offer for a prepaid card in the mail that included a printed card with a pre-activated account. I did not ask or authorize for this account to be created. This type of advertisement is dangerous as the card could easily be activated without my consent. I tried to contact the company, but am unable to reach a representative at any of their numbers.
